How it works

Three steps, the first one only once

    Write the rules

    Grouped in rulesets: layers, blocks, text and annotation, dimensions, drawing properties.

    Run on drawings

    Upload them, pick them from a folder, or let a watched folder check new ones as they arrive.

    Get them fixed

    Rules that set a value are fixed for you; the rest come back as a list of issues per drawing.

Layers (on, frozen, locked, colour, linetype, lineweight, plot), text and dimension styles, units, LTSCALE, drawing properties, and objects picked like Quick Select, attributes and parameters included.

Counts and patterns

"Exactly one title block", "no OLD-* blocks": requirements with =, <>, >, <, contains, starts with and wildcards.

Fix, not only report

Each rule can fix itself, and add a missing layer, text style or dimension style.

Per sheet or everywhere

A rule can apply to every layout or only to the ones you name.

Versions you can compare

Every change to a ruleset is a version, with what was added, changed and removed.

Severity and on/off

Mark what is an error and what is a warning, and switch rules off without deleting them.
